This role is responsible for the successful planning, monitoring, and implementation of rollouts projects.
• Accountable for planning, prioritizing and executing a rollout by working with Product Managers, Technical Operations Team and Sponsors. This includes initiation, project integration, scheduling, plotting of cost, finalizing/clarification of scope.
• Develops required documentation and reports to determine the objective, goals, and tasks.
• Creates the project plans (from initiation to cut-over) with the technical partners and monitors all activities.
• Organize and facilitates cadence meetings
• Manages the issues and risks of the project. Facilitates and contributes the resolution of issues.
• Establishes the change management procedures.
