Through the “Go Negosyo: A Dose of Hope” program, Collabera has secured 9,000 doses of AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccines for its 2,300+ employees in the Philippines. The Company is among the first few private sector firms who joined the pioneering initiative to partner with the public sector in fighting the Covid-19 pandemic. Pursuant to the tripartite agreement, Collabera will donate half of its vaccines to the government for the benefit of the frontline health workers and the public.
During the start of the pandemic, Collabera took swift measures to ensure seamless transition to remote work for all of its employees. Collabera adopted a rapid response approach in ensuring the health, safety and livelihood of its employees while ensuring compliance with quarantine guidelines and health protocols.
