Forbes announced on April 9, 2018 that Collabera was named as one of the Best Professional Recruiting Firms in the United States. Forbes partnered with market research company, Statistica to identify, review, and rank firms for the second year in a row.
Firms could not nominate themselves, so Statistica collected nominations via a survey of 30,000 recruiters, 4,500 job candidates, and human resources managers. Statistica gathered over 14,500 nominations during the course of their survey, and announced the winners based on the top 250 firms with the most recommendations.
With an objective view, Forbes and Statistica’s survey highlights firms large and small that offer recruiting done right. The survey found that many successful firms are focused on creating an engaging candidate experience, innovating client interactions, and bringing more technology into the recruiting process.
